AAMI Policy Amendment Transactions

To improve online customer experience, we redesigned legacy Policy Self Service platform for insurance policy amendments in a 6-week sprint. We achieved a 30% uplift in completion rate for registration transaction by making the flow easier for customers to view and make changes to their policies.

I led the team in refining, building, and implementing the design system up to the section level for five brands. This included gathering feedback and insights, establishing guidelines and processes, and conducting testings to ensure the design system met user needs.

Reimagined the motor damage claim process by implementing features such as selecting the damaged part with a 3D model and AI auto assessed damage severity. The optimised flow provides customers with an efficient and hassle-free experience.

Collaborating internally with Thinxtra team and externally with IoT ecosystem partners, I led the team redesigned Thinxtra website to meet business goals and requirements, achieving an 11% B2B sales conversion rate.

Clatter: Enhance Community Wellbeing

I joined the Clatter team as an independent UIX designer to create meaningful relationships in the community. The app aims to encourage users to get on, find people just as curious about the world as they are, who love life as much as they do, and then get off the app and go and meet those people.

Carol is a versatile, bright young lady, adapting amazingly quickly to all situations. She always found ways to re-invent things by bringing new ideas or new designs on board.

Developed from a design, engineering, and management background, I have strong logical thinking, thorough consideration, and the ability to learn quickly. As a creative and enthusiastic designer with nine years of project experience, professional skills, marketing insights and expertise in B2B, B2B2C businesses, I am always excited to work across the entire design process, think out of the box and strive for excellence. Currently, I am dedicating my energy to empower the Internet of Things in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Macau, utilising innovations and expertise to improve user experience, optimise complex workflows, increase operational efficiency and accomplish commercial outcomes.
